Terms and Conditions
These terms & conditions apply to our tuition session, vocational qualifications and professional training. Our customer satisfaction is very important to us. We want one of our students (Primary, secondary students) feel positive about themselves and proud of their achievement. For the other types of students we endeavour to meet their needs. By the time they leave us we want them to develop the state of self-accomplishment and confirm that they have learnt useful, practical skills that they can use straight away when they go back to work or apply for a job role.

Cancellation Policy
Tuition Sessions & Booster Courses:
Please note that all tuition sessions must be booked and paid for in advance. Due to the limited availability of places in each session and the reservation of a spot upon booking, we regretfully cannot accommodate re-booking for missed classes. However, in the event of your child’s absence, we are happy to provide a copy of the session’s work via email for catch-up purposes. This policy does not apply to pre-approved holiday leave. Missed classes are considered non-transferable and non-refundable. We kindly remind you of your responsibility to maintain regular attendance for the optimal educational experience.
Short Courses:
In the event that you need to cancel or change the dates, the following charges will apply:
- you may rebook if you call to cancel at least 28 days before the course date, if you have purchased a voucher from a deal site these dates are non transferable and a booking fee will be charged to change the date.
- You can rebook up to 14 days before the course date, a rebooking fee will apply. Rebooking will not be taken after the cancellation period for the course and you will not be entitled to a refund. If you have purchased the course at a special offer price then your course fees are non refundable.
- Cancellation between 13-7 days before the course – 50% of the course fees
- Cancellation between 0-6 days before the course – 100% of the course fees
Courses will run in all weather conditions so please dress appropriately, at the discretion of the centre’s manager he may make a decision on the day to reschedule the course in severe weather conditions, this decision will be made 2 hours before the course and students will be notified by telephone. Also in line with the local authority a course may be cancelled/rescheduled should the local authority issue a severe weather warning. Either way the centre will use any means of communication available to reach students.
We reserve the right to cancel courses within 24 hours of the course date if minimum student numbers are not met, you will be able to rebook on a future course.
In circumstances where any of the requirements for onsite training have not been met, such as no suitable computers or laptops for attendees – if rescheduling is required, the full cost of the original date will still be incurred.
If it has been found that any attendees can’t meet the requirements of the course’s minimum requirements, they may be asked to leave the course and arrange suitable alternative training for them. This is considered the last resort, and will always be done sensitively. Nevertheless, it may be necessary to ensure the course is delivered effectively to the remaining attendees.
